 - Fix poweroff/reboot with USB plugged in
 - Fix suspend/resume
   - NOTE: panel PMIC driver does not properly suspend/resume yet,
     so temperature updates fail after resume
 - Fix cosmetic issue with initial EBC framebuffer contents
 - Ensure EBC updates are complete during suspend
 - Add CPU idle states
 - Default backlight brightness to off (else it turns on after suspend)
 - Update config to include the Type-C controller driver
 - Update config to be able to mount the BSP Android userdata partition
