The correct syntax for the go directive in go.mod is go Major.Minor. Violating
this generates an error in recent go versions.

ensures we are only watching pods

Cleanup failed tails and replace with working ones

Often when a new pod is added the stream will fail to open in the first
second and the tails map will be occupied with a closed tail, thus never
adding a working log. This patch will clean up closed tails to allow a
working one to be initiated.

Adds flag to include/exclude init-containers

Only match flagged container states

Allows multiple container states

Print logs from one goroutine

Update to Go Modules and client-go v12.0.0
